Delete your Kitlo account

In the Kitlo app, open Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete Account. This is the fastest way to submit a verified request.

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address associated with your Kitlo account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

A deletion request is scheduled for 14 days. Signing back in during that period cancels the request. After the grace period, the account and associated gear, preparation, and activity data are permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
