Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Strava to Kitlo?+
Open Profile, then Settings, and choose Connect Strava. You will be redirected to Strava to authorize access. If the connection fails or activities are missing, disconnect and reconnect, then confirm that Kitlo is allowed to read your activity data in your Strava account settings under My Apps.
How do I connect Apple Health?+
On iOS, open Profile, then Settings, and choose Connect Apple Health, then grant read permissions. If data does not appear, open the Apple Health app, go to Sharing, then Apps, select Kitlo, and make sure the relevant categories are enabled. Apple Health syncing is only available on iOS devices.
Why are my activities or workouts not syncing?+
Syncing can be delayed while the source service processes new data. Make sure you are signed in to the same account, that the integration is still authorized, and that your device has a network connection. Reconnecting the integration usually resolves persistent issues.
How do I delete my account?+
In the Kitlo app, open Profile, then Settings, and choose Delete Account. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email from the address associated with your account.
How is my data handled?+
We describe exactly what we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected in our Privacy Policy. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
Connections & integrations
